What grades of desktops does myhalo sell?

myhalo sells Certified As-New, Certified ReLoved, Certified EOL and ReEco desktops. Certified ReLoved desktops are professionally inspected and classified into Premium, Excellent and Value conditions. Certified EOL desktops are end-of-life units rescued from brands.

What is a Certified EOL desktop?

Certified EOL desktops are end-of-life units that myhalo rescues directly from brands before they are scrapped. These are brand new devices from brands, 1-3 years old, and professionally inspected by myhalo. By choosing a Certified EOL desktop, you directly avoid 247.5kg of CO2e emissions per device.

Where can I buy refurbished desktops in Singapore?

Shop online at shop.myhalo.com.sg, or visit myhalo CircularXchange at Bugis Junction #03-25/26, Singapore 188021. Message us on WhatsApp at 8068 0100. Free delivery applies to smaller and lighter items; larger items such as desktops, All-in-One PCs and monitors may incur a delivery charge of approximately $25 depending on size and weight.

How are Certified ReLoved desktops graded?

Every unit is classified into Premium, Excellent or Value condition based on cosmetic wear, fully functional and quality-checked regardless of grade.

Can I trade in my old desktop toward a ReLoved purchase?

Can I upgrade a ReLoved desktop after purchase?

Many models support RAM or storage upgrades, contact us for details before or after your purchase.

What warranty do refurbished desktops come with?

Certified As-New desktops come with up to 6 months warranty. Certified ReLoved and Certified EOL desktops come with 30-day warranty. All come with 14-day exchange guarantee. Extend to 1 year with myhalo Protect. ReEco desktops come with a 14-day exchange guarantee only and are not eligible for myhalo Protect.

Do you repair desktops at myhalo?

Yes! myhalo offers desktop repair with free surface diagnosis and 90-day warranty on hardware services. We have a no fix, no charge policy.
