What is myhalo protect?

myhalo Protect is an Extended and Accidental Warranty Program managed by ISO9001 Certified Digital Hospital, which consists of “myhalo Protect Enhanced (Mobile/Tablet)” & “myhalo Protect Standard (Laptop/PC) Plan”.

Definitions

  • “Extended Warranty” means:

    • For Laptops, Desktop PC, All-in-One (AiO) PC, Mobiles and Tablets: Claims for coverage for electrical and electronic defects up to product purchased value.
    • “Excess” means the amount you have to pay for every claim.
    • “Product(s)” means consumer IT devices purchased new from myhalo that is covered by this agreement.

  • “Accidental Warranty” means:

    • For Laptops, Desktop PC, All-in-One (AiO) PC, Mobiles and Tablets: 1 time claim for damage cause by impact on chassis causing malfunction, impact on screen causing crack, water damage causing malfunction, up to product purchased value
    • “Excess” means the amount you have to pay for every claim
    • “Product(s)” means consumer IT devices purchased new from Laptop Factory Outlet that is covered by this agreement

For the avoidance of doubt, all coverage, apply only to repairs and replacements done in Singapore and for Products used in Singapore.
