What does Certified ReLoved mean at myhalo?

Certified ReLoved is myhalo's grade for professionally inspected, tested and verified devices — equivalent to Certified Refurbished. Every device is classified into Premium, Excellent or Value condition. All are fully functional and ready for everyday use.

What warranty do Certified ReLoved devices come with?

All Certified ReLoved devices come with 30-day warranty and 14-day exchange guarantee. Eligible devices can be covered by myhalo Protect, extending coverage up to 1 year.

Where can I buy Certified ReLoved devices in Singapore?

What is the difference between Certified ReLoved and ReEco?

Certified ReLoved devices are professionally inspected and classified into Premium, Excellent or Value conditions. ReEco devices are affordable options that may show heavier cosmetic wear or have older specifications but remain fully functional for everyday tasks.
