How much does FlexiRent cost?
Rental starts from $5 a day. The exact daily rate is shown on each device page before checkout.
When does my rental start?
Your rental starts when your online order and card hold are confirmed, not when you collect the device. Each started 24 hour period counts as one rental day.
How does the card hold work?
Like a hotel deposit, the full device value is temporarily held on your available credit. It is not charged upfront, although it may appear as pending. After the device is returned and checked, myhalo charges the rental and any applicable fees. The rest of the held amount is released. Your bank may take additional time to remove the hold.
How long can I rent a device?
You can rent an eligible device for up to 30 days. Contact myhalo before the return date if you need assistance.
Can I buy the device?
Yes. If you buy it during the rental period, your rental fees will be credited towards the purchase price shown at checkout.
Who can use FlexiRent?
You must be at least 18 years old and have an eligible credit card. The cardholder must present matching identification when collecting the device.
What if the device is damaged, lost or stolen?
You are responsible for accidental damage, loss and theft while the device is with you. Please check the device and included accessories during collection.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental starts will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours and uncollected orders may incur one day of rental.
