What grades of iPhones does myhalo sell?

myhalo sells Brand New, Certified ReLoved, Certified EOL and ReEco iPhones. Brand New iPhones are unused with original packaging. Certified ReLoved iPhones are professionally inspected and classified into Premium, Excellent and Value conditions. Certified EOL iPhones are end-of-life units rescued from brands — brand new but 1-3 years old. ReEco iPhones are affordable fully functional options with heavier cosmetic wear.

What warranty and protection do refurbished iPhones come with?

Certified ReLoved and Certified EOL iPhones come with 30-day warranty and 14-day exchange guarantee. Both are eligible for myhalo Protect, extending coverage up to 1 year. ReEco iPhones come with a 14-day exchange guarantee only and are not eligible for myhalo Protect.

Where can I buy refurbished iPhones in Singapore?

What is Certified ReLoved and how is it different from regular refurbished?

Certified ReLoved is myhalo's grade for professionally inspected, tested and verified devices — equivalent to Certified Refurbished. Every Certified ReLoved iPhone is classified into Premium, Excellent or Value condition. All are fully functional and ready for everyday use.

Are myhalo refurbished iPhones SIM-unlocked?

Yes, all refurbished iPhones sold at myhalo are SIM-unlocked and work with any local Singapore carrier.
