Had a very pleasant purchasing experience here (laptop). The male and female staff both were friendly and answered all my questions. They even cleaned my laptop and let me test laptop as I wished. A free gaming laptop bag was provided when she asked if i wanted a bag along with it. Im so surprised as the laptop i purchased was only 200+range. They helped test the charger also, and I feel assured that the laptop will not be causing me issues. Thank you for the great service

Come to myhalo to repair my old laptop due to water spill , after explain and understand our need, Jeff has recommended us can retrieve my important data without wasting money to repair, which is great. We have decided to bought another second hand laptop from them immediately and recycle the old laptop to them. Both Jeff and Skyler who attend are friendly and professional explain to us. The most surprising they are using cardboard chair, superb. Highly recommended myhalo with 5 stars for their services.

Experience with myhalo has been pretty assuring. Firstly, HS who was at the counter was very patient when he explained the condition of my faulty laptop with me. Not only he gave me the options I could take, he also laid out the pros and cons of each alternative. Subsequent communication with the tech support team was also smooth - despite several diagnosis that I requested to be verified. The whole process from reviewing my faulty to the collection of the repaired equipment took 4 days - which was possibly the most efficient IT support I have come across.

I just purchased my first second hand macbook from MyHalo. It was fast annd efficient. Even though I was hesitant at first since it’s a second hand product, shyro went out of his way to show me the specifications and the functionality and everything works well! It looks so brand new that I didn’t think it was second hand. Shyro also told me about how this company takes sustainability very seriously. They even have chairs made out of cardboard. Using carbon fiber bags and their own customisable box packaging for customers to reuse. The staffs here are very friendly and I would recommend anyone to come here to buy their first second hand device here.

A great place to go green with superbly refurbished pre-owned devices including smartphones, and also to donate old electronic devices to reduce e-waste. Tended to by a bespectacled gentlemen whom was professional and pleasant to talk to. I did not catch his name but he was serving me around 1.35pm. Was referred here by my family member whom had just traded in his iPhone a week ago. Had a quote over the phone via my family member when he was last here. Thought the quote was reasonable and decided to drop by for the trade in. I did not make an appointment, neither did I attempt an online quotation but the staff was prompt to address my query and helped to access the quotation of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. After a couple a couple of checks, I was pleasantly surprised that he gave me a higher trade in value than before as my phone was in very mint condition. This gave a sense of comfort and relief in their business as this proves that they are transparent in their business practices. I will be glad to refer my wife here for her trade in as she too has just upgraded her phone. Will continue to support them as long as this keeps up!

Skyler was very helpful on me checking the unit, Unit was 2nd hand but in very good condition and was almost brand new. Skyler was very knowledgable on what he was selling/offering/doing and this company should give him compliments on his good work. Skyler was patient, helpful and very accomodating. Overall I recommend this shop as most trustable and easy to buy from including its workers.
