Our Apple range spans the full ecosystem: iPhone, MacBook (Air and Pro), iPad (Pro, Air, and Mini), Apple Watch, iMac, Mac mini, AirPods, and Apple Pencil. Choose from Brand New, Certified ReLoved, Certified EOL, or ReEco depending on your needs and budget.

What iPad models does myhalo carry?

Our iPad range includes iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad Mini, in a variety of storage sizes and Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi+Cellular configurations.

What is Certified ReLoved and how is it different from regular refurbished?

Certified ReLoved is myhalo's grade for professionally inspected, tested and verified devices, equivalent to Certified Refurbished. Every Certified ReLoved Apple product is classified into Premium, Excellent or Value condition. All are fully functional and ready for everyday use.

Are myhalo's refurbished iPhones and iPads SIM-unlocked?

Yes, all refurbished iPhones and cellular iPads sold at myhalo are SIM-unlocked and work with any local Singapore carrier.

Is battery health checked on refurbished Apple devices?

Yes, every refurbished Apple device passes our battery health certification as part of our quality checks. Any battery falling below our benchmark is replaced with a certified unit before the device is listed.

Does myhalo repair Apple devices?

Yes, our ISO9001:2015-certified team at Bugis Junction #03-25/26 handles iPhone, MacBook, and iPad repairs including screens, batteries, and diagnostics.

What MacBook models does myhalo carry?

We stock both MacBook Air and MacBook Pro across various chip generations, professionally inspected and graded Premium, Excellent or Value for our Certified ReLoved range.

What warranty and protection do Apple products come with?

Certified ReLoved and Certified EOL Apple products come with a 30-day warranty and 14-day exchange guarantee, both eligible for myhalo Protect, extending coverage up to 1 year. ReEco products come with a 14-day exchange guarantee only and are not eligible for myhalo Protect. Brand New products carry the manufacturer's own warranty.

What's the difference between MacBook Air and MacBook Pro?

MacBook Air is thinner, lighter, and fanless, ideal for everyday use and portability. MacBook Pro offers more processing power and better cooling, suited to demanding creative or professional workloads.
