Had a very pleasant purchasing experience here (laptop). The male and female staff both were friendly and answered all my questions. They even cleaned my laptop and let me test laptop as I wished. A free gaming laptop bag was provided when she asked if i wanted a bag along with it. Im so surprised as the laptop i purchased was only 200+range. They helped test the charger also, and I feel assured that the laptop will not be causing me issues. Thank you for the great service

Come to myhalo to repair my old laptop due to water spill , after explain and understand our need, Jeff has recommended us can retrieve my important data without wasting money to repair, which is great. We have decided to bought another second hand laptop from them immediately and recycle the old laptop to them. Both Jeff and Skyler who attend are friendly and professional explain to us. Very good service by shyro and skyler. This store really promotes sustainability through their material usage of screen protectors by saving the environment and their recycled cardboard chairs. And most importantly extending device lifespan to help contribute to reducing e-waste impact to the environment.
