Come to myhalo to repair my old laptop due to water spill , after explain and understand our need, Jeff has recommended us can retrieve my important data without wasting money to repair, which is great. A free gaming laptop bag was provided when she asked if i wanted a bag along with it. Im so surprised as the laptop i purchased was only 200+range. Experience with myhalo has been pretty assuring. Firstly, HS who was at the counter was very patient when he explained the condition of my faulty laptop with me. Not only he gave me the options I could take, he also laid out the pros and cons of each alternative. Subsequent communication with the tech support team was also smooth - despite several diagnosis that I requested to be verified. The whole process from reviewing my faulty to the collection of the repaired equipment took 4 days - which was possibly the most efficient IT support I have come across.
