Ching Hwee founded PC Dreams in 2005 from his NTU hostel room, fixing his own mobile phone as a university freshman. That hands-on start grew into a decade-long career in tech repair and pre-owned device trading, and in 2021 he pivoted the business fully into myhalo, Singapore's sustainability tech platform for refurbished and pre-loved smart devices.

An NTU Electrical Engineering graduate, Ching Hwee has spent years building the systems behind myhalo's pricing engine, quality-grading process, and ISO9001-certified refurbishment standards. He's a recognised voice in Singapore's circular economy movement, chairing the ASME Sustainability Action Group and working with local SMEs on ESG adoption aligned with Singapore's Green Plan 2030.
